Thank you all for the different eating places that have gluten free menus in
Rochester. MN

One person has why I wasn't eating gluten before having the biospy. I was at
Mayo's 2 weeks in August to find out why I was becoming more ill every day as
I was mis-diagnosed by a GI here in Kansas City.  They did a biospy then and
my small intestine was like linoeum so I was to go on a gluten free diet for 6
months and go back for another biospy to see it my small intestine is healing
after being on a GF free diet.  I feel much better and hoping it has started
healing itself.

I know I will have to be on a GF diet the rest of my life, but it is worth in
and feeling healther once again/

Here is the list of restaurants in case some of you are in the Rochester area

Bread Baker - on Miracle Mile - makes GF products ever Tuesday and have
several GF item to purchase
El Caramba (mexican) across form Cub Foods - ask for GF menu
Roscoes Barbacue  - has a GF menu
Timerberlodge Restaurant
Wongs  - Chinese - dowtown has GF menu
Michaels - downtown - Walleye pike (fish) broiled
Red Lobster
Boston Market
Wendy's
McDonald's
Denny's
