Going to Seattle, and Vancouver Island in May...I searched the archives, didn't find anything recent on Vancouver Island.  Can anyone suggest safe, nice places to eat and places to buy GF food?  This is my first trip to a totally unfamiliar territory since dx, and am apprehensive as I'm very sensistive to gluten contaminaion. 
   
  Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
