As many on the list may have seen a member called the maker of Bailey's Irish
Creme who said the product is gluten free based upon the product information
he had under medical information.

There was a previous post to me stating that there was a gluten containing
alcohol as a source of the beverage.( I don't remember which). How do we know
that the product is really gf. Is this a question like that of vinegar? Is
it really safe to believe that this product is gf?

I am scared to believe it is safe because I don't know what the basis is for
this company to state the product is gf. I really do think grain alcohol is
used in it.
