I've been on the list only a short while, but have been cooking GF
since I married my husband, 21 years ago.  I have Betty Hagman's book,
"The GF Gourmet, Living Well Without Wheat".  I'm ready for a new one,
looked at Border's webpage, and found several.

Could you please comment on any of her other books?
