A necessary clarification on the gluten-free vitamin summary I posted:
Twin Labs is reported to be gluten-free, according to several
people who e-mailed me and who said they had contacted the company.
However, Ruth's message referred solely to Natures Herbs products, a
division of Twin Labs. According to the message the company sent her,
all Natures Herbs products are gluten free.
Additional thought from Tracey: a friend of hers has found out
that most gluten-free vitamins/capsules are made using beef
by-products. Vegetarians and those allergic to beef should be aware of
this.
My thanks to Ruth and Tracey.
