Good Day,

I was interested in the Wow products recommended the other day by a poster but when I looked at the ingredients, I was concerned with the Teriyaki Sauce. I wrote and asked for clarification from the company and was told the soy sauce did contain wheat. They believe the fermentation would alter the protein but now wonder if it can still be classified as gluten free.
Please be advised that the soy sauce does contain wheat.

I attempted to forward the actual communication from the company but it was rejected by the list
because of "multipart/alternative"--perhaps some of you know what that means. Sorry I could not include it.
Carol
