I'm aware that Philidelphia cream cheese is GF but does anyone know if it is also mold and yeast free? I'm highly IGE to mold and yeast and was told to stay away from cheeses because they contain mold and possibley yeast if vinegar was used in the process. But my allergist also told me that American processed cheese is good as long as it's GF since mold is not an issue in making it or keeping it. Cream cheese seems to me to be the same tecture as would be Velvetta cheese.
What do yeast fee people who can't have the vinegar use for condiments and pasta sauces. They are also on my do not eat list. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks: Betty
