FYI, if you are travelling through Twisp, WA on Hwy 20, the local bakery,
Cinanmon Twisp, has a GF item -- a conglomeration of lots of seeds and
nuts, sweetened with honey. It was great, and quite a surprise on my recent
bike tour!

Super-sentitive folks might have concerns about cross-contamination from
airborne gluten-containing flour in the bakery. I felt fine.

I educated the 5 women in the bakery about CD, and one of them got very
interested and regarding the symptoms, said, "That sounds like my
daughter." I encouraged her to look into it ASAP, since the girl is young
and her development could be affected.
