My husband was just diagnosed with microscopic colitis in conjunction
with celiac.    He seems to have a great disturbance when he eats
gluten free bread or anything that contains a lot of gf flour.
Does anyone know if the whatever causes microscopic colitis is
affected with starch?  Could he have candida or another bacteria that
grows on starch?   Does anyone else have micrscopic colitis?  We
would like to hear from them.    Thank you
