I heard another good one a few days ago.  I met a women that I had not seen
in awhile.  I was asking how her children were.  She told me about her
teenage daughter that just lost alot of weight.  When I asked her how she
went into explaining how sick she was for about a year. She said she went
from doctor to doctor and no one could find the problem.   Sounded just like
celiac so I mentioned it to her.  She said that her son had that as a baby
but he never stays on the diet.

I can not believe that it never dawned on anyone that her daughter could
also have celiac.
