BlankI was at a small GF bakery last week and the woman there suggested that I purchase a small electrical grilled cheese maker to toast my own GF bread!  It is inexpensive (I paid under $10C) and the one that I bought has a handle on it that clasps the two sides of the grill together so I can easily take it along on trips with me.  Plus I could use it folded out as a grill for other food for myself such as cooking an egg, pancakes etc.  It is easily cleaned by wiping with a soft cloth (most of them have a Teflon finish).
