Thanks for all your help with stores on Oahu and Maui.
Unfortunately I requested the information for a friend and I am not going, I wish I was. 
Here is a summary:

1. I've always relied upon Down To Earth Natural Foods, 2525 S King St, Honolulu, HI 96826-3154  (808) 947-7678.

2. On Oahu, there are 3 Down to Earth health food stores, one in the  
University district, one in Kailua and one in Pearl City. The following  
are all the other health food stores I know of on Oahu. There is Umeke  
Market near Kahala Mall. There is also Huckleberry Farms in Nuuanu  
Square in Honolulu. There is also Kokua Market in the University area.  
There's Kale's out in Hawaii Kai. 


3. Oahu and Maui both have Down to Earth stores. Oahu has 3, in Honolulu,
Kailua and Pearl City. Oahu also has Umeke market in Kahala and Kale's
in Hawaii Kai. Those are the big ones.
