We have been able to eat Burger King fries as the current ones are coated
with potato starch. There was an article on the front page of the Wall
Street Journal today saying that, since the current fries are a sales
disaster, they are going to change them early this year. I have no idea
what they are going to change them to, but we'd better be aware in case it
is a gluten coating they are going to.

They won't be that missed, as the current coating is really spongey and
soaks up 590 calories and 30 grams of fat - - 12 of them saturated.
That's worse than McDonalds and more than half the bad fat you should get
in a day.
