Hi all,

I am trying to get a clear grasp on shopping for gluten free foods.

I hope this list can help....

Malt has gluten?? In Rice Krispies, Nature valley granola bars (oatmeal being acceptable) I had read that Frosted Flakes (corn flakes) are fine but I thought I saw malt in the ingredients there too,

I am now in contact with a support group so hopefully some questions will be answered there. they do not meet again until september but I do have some phone numbers and look forward to talking to someone regarding grocery shopping.
