For those who are following the Dairy Ease discussion.  Our favorite grain
chemist Don Kassrda agrees with the manufacturer that their processing should
eliminate gluten from the finished product.

I'm sorry to be so late in posting his response, but I was waiting for more
information from several other sources which have not been forthcoming.
Please make up your own minds.

I, for one, have resumed using Dairy Ease and am thankful to the company for
