If you have Gopher access, you might desire to use the online version of the US
Federal Register (CFR) from counterpoint.  It give the ability to do a keyword
search and see all of the sections that have that keyword.

I do not know of a direct access to counterpoint but one of the ways is through
the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service Gopher.  Access to the all of
the CFRs is under the Reference Set.  The FDA is section 22.
