Hey everyone. I would like to make a list of "must haves" that everyone
keeps in their cupboards or fridges. It'd be really helpful to those newly
diagnosed and might give some ideas to others who've been around a while.
So if you can share with me the things you buy everytime you go to the
store or the things you love to keep around or make really quickly, I'll
summarize it. Things I consider staples (I've only been diagnosed 4
months, so I don't know a lot yet!):

-Skippy natural peanut butter
-Fritos
-Fruit
-Vegetables
-Rice
-Prego
-Amy's frozen dinners
-popcorn
-cashews
-Quakers rice snacks
-yoplait yogurt
-dinty moore beef stew
-salsa with corn chips
-chicken, beef, or fish
-Lea & Perrin's steak sauce

anyway, things like that. As you can see, I'm sure this list can be made
MUCH larger!

thanks,
Kelsea
