Can anyone suggest to me where I might get gluten in powder form in the
UK ?

It would help with a gluten challenge for a 10yr old child on a diet
already gluten-restricted simply because there are two other coeliacs
in the house and our kitchen has therefore already gone totally
gluten-free.

I gather it is a acceptable way of taking gluten pre-biopsy and used to
be available to consultants but the manufacturers will not let
paediatricians "prescribe" any longer for legal reasons (because no
research has been done on its use with children).
