I recently had the opportunity to sample both of these products and I found them to be quite good.  You might think of them as similar to "Hamburger Helper" but gluten-free.  They come in a box which includes pasta and a seasoning mix.  All you have to do is brown some ground beef (or turkey), add water (and some milk in the case of the cheeseburger mac), bring to a boil and cook for about 10-13 minutes.

These are great for an "electric skillet" hotel meal, quick meal when you are short on time, etc.

I gather this is a new product as I have not been able to find it in a store, but the Mrs. Leeper's web site can help you find a supplier.
