Hi,

Thanks to all that responded to my question on which wines are gluten free.

All California wines are GFand so are Washington wines so long as
they are not fortified.

The safest wines of all seem to be white wines and the imports from Germany
such as rieslings and mosels.

I drink any wines and never had a reaction.

South African, French and Australoan wines are okay too.

One person said they never had problems with Livingston Cellars White
(Modesto, California, and it tastes great and is inexpensive.
Wines in general are gluten free but some people have problems with the
sulfites, if you have allergies.

Most pure wines are safe, usually the white are better than the red but make
sure nothing is mixed with them.

Beringers wines are GF and hard to beat the price.

One person said they got back a reply from Smirnoff vodka and their vodkas
are indeed GF. The grain mentioned on the lable is corn.

Thanks Dottie
