A friend of ours wants to make for us some Christmas treats. She is well aware of cross contamination issues, so that in itself is not an issue.

However, the treats would involve this year's Target candy canes. Are the peppermint candy canes sold there, that appear to be the house brand, gluten free? What about the house brand cherry flavored candy canes? Specifically asking as this is what was purchased.

Also, are the Market Pantry semi-sweet chocolate chips gluten free?
