Hi,

It's Ruth again, talk about a crash course in celiac disease, you're all
amazing. Thanks.

Could you please let me know which alcoholic beverages are ok, or does it
depend on the brand/origin? How about Vodka, Cider, Wine etc.? If Balsamic
Vinegar is ok, surely wine would be gluten free?

I had already decided to be more healthy this year with our eating in
general but with my celiac research, I'm just even more amazed at what they
are doing to our food.

All the best,

Ruth
Australia
