A few people asked if the unfloured Buffalo Wild Wings have a
dedicated fryer. At the BWW where I live they do indeed have a
dedicated fryer where nothing else is cooked. Because the flour would
change the taste so much, I would assume this is true at all BWW, but
I make it a policy to ask about dedicated fryers EVERYWHERE I go. I
never assume.
