Does anyone know if it is gluten-free?  I am going to try to  make gravy using the cornstarch instead of GF flour or rice flour. 
 I think it is a slurry of 1 tsp. cornstarch per cup of liquid.  Taking out one cup gravy drippings and mixing up the slurry with all the cornstacrh needed and adding back to pan. Helen
