Does anyone know if SYSCO salad dressings or Citavo hot chocolate are gluten free?

My son is going to a camp this weekend where they're serving Sysco salad dressing and Citavo hot chocolate.  I can't find any contact info for inquiring whether these products are gluten free.  Because I didn't get support from the chef, I'm sending him 3 days worth of meals, and it would be great if he could at least drink their hot chocolate. If you have any experience with SYSCO or Citavo products or know how I can contact the company, I will really appreciate your help!
