Iowa Informational Meeting on Celiac Disease

Sept. 27, 2003 Cedar Valley Community Church, 3520 Ansborough Ave.,
Waterloo, Iowa

7:45 - 9:00 A.M.  Registration and Food Fair

There will be a Children's program (ages 5-13) during the day

Morning program will include:

Dr. Victor Lawrinenko, Gastroenterologist at Covenant Hospital

Michelle Melin-Rogovin, MPP, University of Chicago, Director of the
celiac Disease Program.

11:30-1:00  Noon meal

1:00-1:45 "In the Kitchen with Anna"  Professional chef and celiac-
Anna Sobasky will demonstrate GF baking and cooking-- making and
biscuits and more.

1:45-2:30 Workshops - choose one
1.  "Celiac and Diabetes", Dietitian Trisha Leninger
2.  "Strategies for Gluten-Free Living",  Donna Renneke
3.  "Parents of Celiac Children", Lindsay Amadeo

Advance Registration is required:  Cost is $20 for first family member,
$10 for each additional family member(children 13 and under free).
