There was a telephone number posted earlier today for Claussens
pickles. I have called this number and the representative has told me
that their pickles are not gluten free. There seems to have been a lot
of discussion on this point lately. I appreciate it when someone posts
a list of a product that has been passed on to them as gluten free.
However, we each must be responsible for ourselves. If you see a post
that a product is gluten free but you have heard it is not, then you
should call yourself and then post a nice message. I know that we are
all busy with our own set of problems, but that is no cause to be rude.
I do not think that there should be any attacks on the person posting.
We need the support of others, particularly those of us who do not have
a local support group that we can participate in. I think we should all
take a big breath and be kind to one another.
