Thanks to all that responded about stuffing a GF turkey with non GF
dressing. The consensus is that it is NOT okay to eat turkey that has
been stuffed with glutenous dressing. One option would be to prepare a
small turkey or portion of the turkey just for my son to eat. Other
options are to prepare the dressing outside the turkey in a casserole
dish or substitute GF bread, cornbread, rice, or chestnuts in the
dressing. The archives apparently have lots of Thanksgiving recipes.
Also check out www.glutenfreeda.com, an online gluten-free cooking
magazine and recipe book. This month features Thanksgiving turkey and
gluten-free stuffings.

Thanks again for all your help!

Happy Thanksgiving,
Janel
