Dear List,
   
  I remember seeing a post about eating in Puerto Rico within the last couple months but never did see a summary.  My husband and I, along with another couple, are planning a two-week vacation in Puerto Rico in February.  I'm the only celiac.  We'll  be staying in Humacao the first week and Rincon the second week.  We are renting a home in each area so will be able to prepare our own meals at times but also want to treat ourselves in local restaurants.  Does anyone have recommendations for Puerto Rico (we'll be taking day trips all over the island) or know of stores in which I can purchase gluten free foods?  Thanks for any help!
