O.K., so you finally won me over! All this talk about how essential fatty
acids help to overcome fatigue, etc., got me out to the store yesterday to
buy some and give it a try.

Given the choice of evening primrose, borage and flax seed oils, I chose
flax seed (it cost lots less than the others!).

The composition of the oil is listed as alpha linolenic (omega 3), linoleic
(omega 6), and oleic (omega 9) acids.

Now, I've read that omega 3 is GAMMA linolenic acid.

What is the difference between alpha and gamma? Is what I bought o.k.?

Thanks for all comments,

Judith
