There is still space available to attend Celiac Disease Foundation's Annual
Educational Conference and Food Faire this Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Good
Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles from 8:30am to 4pm.

Registration is $120 and includes a continental gluten-free breakfast, lunch
and beer tasting.

Every attendee will receive a wonderful reusable shopping bag, courtesy of
Whole Foods, filled with GF products from a wide variety of vendors!

This is an exceptional opportunity to hear experts in the field of celiac
disease. You will also be able to sample a wide variety of gluten-free
products from over 35 vendors.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to hear these outstanding
professionals speak on the latest issues regarding CD - - all in one day!

Speakers include:

·	Alessio Fasano, MD, Director of Center for Celiac Disease

·	Peter H.R. Green, MD, Director of Celiac Disease Center, Columbia
      University, New York.
·	Martin Kagnoff, MD, Director of the new Wm. K. Warren Medical Research
Center for Celiac Disease at University of 	California San Diego.
·	Michelle Pietzak, MD, Pediatric Gastroenterology/Nutrition, University of
Southern California, Keck School of Medicine.
·	Andrea Levario, JD, Executive Director, American Celiac Disease Alliance

There will be a Q&A session following each speaker.

Walk-ins the day of the conference will be $120.  Free parking with
validation is available at the parking structure directly across the street
from the Conference Center.  There will be an all day supervised Children’s
Program for celiac kids and their siblings ages 5 and up.  Included in the
day’s activities will be a Q&A with a pediatrician and a registered
dietician, arts & craft and activities.

Lunchtime mini-sessions include:

a group for newly diagnosed adults
a group for parents with children who have celiac
a group for young adults & college students - with Ruth Gonzalez, Miss Santa
Cruz County, & Matthew Schames also Connections/Chapters support group
leaders meet and greet
