I was pleased to find that Lactaid now made ice cream - even my favorite -
butter pecan.  The ingredients seemed to be GF but upon calling the company
800 number, I was informed that their ice creams are NOT GF.  This is
unfortunate - we are missing a wonderful ice cream and they are missing a
whole market segment!
