If any of you use the GLUTEN FREE GROCERY SHOPPING GUIDE by Matison and
Matison, you know it goes with us on every trip to the grocery store like a
bible!  I have found a few products that the ingredient list has changed and
now contains gluten.  This led me to the site, and sure enough, they do have

I found that Kens Lite Ranch is not gluten free--Maltodextrin, Modified
"food" starch,
and certain flavors of Crystal light are gluten free, but certain ones are
not....Maltodextrin

I know food companies are constantly changing their lines, so we still need
to check the label, even if it is something you have eaten many times
before!!
