Happy Sunday, Easter and/or Passover.

Last week was the Delaware Valley Science Fair - winners from 12 fairs in
three states.

Gino's project on "Is the gluten testing kit useful, practical and
reliable?" won an honorable mention in Biochemistry - 10th grade entries.

Michele's project - "How do I obtain the best results using selected
hydrocolloids in gluten free baking?" also won an honorable mention in
Chemistry among 9th grade entries. She also won three special awards- a
first place high school award from the Institute of Food Technologists; a
Future Scientist Award from the USDA; and an award from the Graduate Women
in Science.

Both are committed to more projects next year.

Thanks to all who have given them your support.

Jennie
