Thanks to all of you who helped me.   I HATE math!!

There are 454 gm. in a pound.   150 gm. is 1/3 lb.  or 1-1/3 sticks

Also 8 TBS.... or 2/3 cups.   Average was 5 to 5-1/2 oz.

At least I got my measurement...... which is 1-1/3 sticks.
