For the last few months I have been putting together a free monthly
recipe exchange newsletter for celiacs who are also diabetics.  Some of
the list members already receive this newsletter.  It is a recipe
exchange that was started to try and help celiac diabetics expand their
limited menus.  We have been exchanging some great recipes.  If you would
