I have heard from over 50 people on this. Allergy "Shiners" are known to be
a complication of allergies. This can be food or seasonal hayfever. These
"shiners" can also be caused by lack of sleep, dehydration, exhaustion,
anemia and genetics.
One person stated that he/she also bruises easily. A few stated that they
also get pale with the shiners. Several stated that this effect is related
to the Adrenal gland.
The following suppliments were suggested by some folks to help with these:
Iron, Magnesium, Probiotics (acidophilous, etc), certain amino acids.
Personally, I am happy to get some background and understanding. Thanks to
all who responded.
