        Good Morning Listmembers,
    I want to thank everyone that took the time to answer my post. My wife
feels better now that she has a definite answer to the problem she had with
her muffins. Bran muffins that is.
    All the replys were in agreement that rice bran should be stored in the
refrigerator or the freezer. Also care should be taken to buy fresh rice
bran from a store that has a high turnover of products if posible. Thanks again.
