I just wanted to recommend Dietary Specialties gluten-free line of pre-made
foods.
They arrive frozen at your door in a cooler with dry ice.  They are labeled
gluten-free and some are lactose free. Everything I have tried exceeded my
expectations. Maybe if they get enough orders they will add even more
products!
