OK I made a statement about keeping the bbq free of gluten by a pre burn off
then a scrape of the grill. Out of 26 responses 20 agreed that this burn
time would destroy any gluten in the foods, 4 wanted to know what the
outcome was so that they could start up their bbq and not worry about
getting sick anymore. and one went into a bit of cellular biology but from
what I could make of it they were basically saying that the protein would be
destroyed so they might be agreeing with me i'm not too sure... anyhow Happy
Grilling this year I can't wait for winter to end, although I have been
known to stand in the snow with the grill turned up high!...
