Hi,

Making research on vitamin on the net I found that lack of vitamin B12 could
give hypersomnia.

Have you ever experienced an urge to fall asleep, wherever you are at that
moment?

When I was in my twenties and early thirties, I would fall asleep anywhere,
at parties, at cinema, when I was 18, I even felt asleep in a rock concert
(I had not taken any drug or alcool). When I told that to a doctor, he said
that often student are tired at the end of the semester. Yes, but falling
asleep at an Elton John concert?

I resolved the problem by not going out late, and now that I am forty-one, I
don't mind anymore.

Younger I was upset with that, and my friends used to teased me by telling
me that my problem was that I was living too much of a healthy life!

Could this be related to celiac disease, or is it something else. Is what I
described hypersomnia?

Thanks in advance.

Johanne.
