I would once again like to clarify what is gf for Passover and what is not. It was stated in a post about a bakery in Chicago that all items baked for Passover have no wheat or leavening in them. This is not true! If something has cake meal in it, it is made from wheat. If it has matzo or matzo meal, or matzo farfel, it has wheat in it. If, however, the box is labeled NON-GEBROTZ (sp?) then it does not have wheat in it and is therefore gf. Please be careful when choosing Passover products.

Warmly,

Bev Wahl
