Hi Listmates,

I just wanted to share my enthusiasm for Cinco de Breggo Bread Mix from
Made by Mona's.  It is the best bread that we have had since going GF.

Today I made a loaf and added 1 tsp of cinnamon and about 1/2 cup of
raisins and mixed it according to the instructions on the bag.  I use a
Kitchenaid Mixer and then baked it in the oven.  It was wonderful!

I have no connection to Made by Mona's other than being a satisfied
customer.
