I went to the Lone Star in Montrose, Ohio (outside Akron) today. Last minute decision, which can be risky. I asked for gluten free menu. The waiter was young and inexperienced, but he talked to the manager, who hadn't had this request before. Rather than ignore me, they went to their web site and downloaded the GF menu. My friend hates pre-spiced food and chose to order off my menu as well to be sure she got a plain, basic steak. I had no reactions from my dinner. It was easy for everyone and I have no problems or allergic reactions. Linda Hritz
