Ginko has been proven in clinical trials to increase blood flow to the
brain. This is why it can now be sold as a medically proven memory
enhancer. I have not personally heard of other major benefits of ginko.
This herb has been used in Eastern medicine for eons, so I suspect if
there were other theraputic benefits, they would be better known by now.

As far as helping with wheat intolerance I seriously doubt it.
Especially, if you found a long list of diseases supposedly helped by
ginko (or any herb for that matter), I would give very little credence
to the information. That may indicate that someone, somewhere,
sometime, reported that it helped their wheat intolerance. Just because
it helped one or a few people, doesn't mean it will also help the
majority of those who are wheat intolerant.
