Hi Celiac World Travelers:
My daughter is to tour Russia with a band - in other words a working trip, the hardet kind on which to find oneself hungry in a town after hours, in an airport with no open food facilities, or worse yet, on a plane with no gluten-free source of protein. Any advice will be deeply appreciated.

She will be in Perm, Kazan, Moscow and Kiev, traveling inside Russia mostly by plane.
