For any of you who may live in the Chicago, Northern IL. area who hate
having to give up Japanese food, I found a great Japanese steak house that
is very good. If you don't choose to sit at a cooking table but rather at
a regular table they will prepare your items for you without any soy sauce
when requested, and on a seperate clean grill to avoid any cross
contamintion. I order the sushi and bring my own gluten free soy sauce
with me. The name of the restaurant is Ichiban and it is on Grand Ave.
