Dear Listmates,

When we were in the Provence area of France a number of years ago we
discovered a bakery in our complex that made great olive fougasse and
baguettes. That wonderful fruity olive taste was never duplicated in the SF
Bay Area even though there are lots of artisan bakers. Gluten free bread
will never compete with that from a French boulangere, but it is a good
start Check out the olive baguettes at
http://home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/gfbaking/ or http://tinyurl.com/2vdggw*.
* Look for the red <NEW>. You don't need to go to France to get the olives.
The olive bar at your supermarket or bottled olives at Trader Joes will work
just fine.

Sometimes people have trouble reaching my website, and I email the link to
them. If this happens to you, please feel free to send a message. Also you
may want to check the symbol immediately before "vhdolcourt". It is a tilde
(top left of your keyboard, upper case).
