I found some good meringue cookies at the Marsh Supermarket in
Indianapolis. They are made by "Miss Meringue". The ingrediants
basically were eggs whites, sugar, dye and flavorings. No
preservatives. The varieties were vanilla, lemon, capuccino and
chocolate chipt. (I bought the vanilla and did not fully check the
ingrediant info on all the other varieties.) The label information was
sufficient for me, but for those who want more detailed information (or
would like to know where to find these cookies in your area) there is a
website that has an 800 number. It is www.missmeringue.com.
