  I recently contacted out representative - John F. Tierney of Massachusetts-
and he wrote that "On review, it appears that I can support its (Rep Nita
Loweys bill HR 4704) progress and I intend to speak to Representative Lowey
and sign on as a co-sponser."  If anyone else is in his district - the North
Shore of Massachusetts- you might write him also and thank him for supporting
the bill.
